Camera
My main camera is a Panasonic Lumix GH5, widely considered the best ‘prosumer’ level camera. It is especially popular with on-the-go documentary filmmakers. The GH5 is more than up to the task of shooting professional-level video.

My second shooter and main underwater camera is the Canon G7X mark ii, a top of the line compact camera. I have the Fantasea F G7X ii underwater housing.
I have a GoPro Hero 4 Black. I try to only use this when no other camera will work.
Drone
I use a DJI Mavic Pro drone. I have flown it over 100 hours and am skilled in smooth movements, and flying in tight spaces to get interesting foregrounds and parallax movement.
Audio
I record audio with the following gear:
- Rode VideoMic Pro shotgun mic
- Zoom H1 portable recorder
- Aspen Mics HQ-S Stereo lavalier microphone
Software
I edit video in Final Cut Pro X and audio in Audacity. I sometimes use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create graphics and titles.
